‘The Earth Spirit’ in Fredericia, Denmark
On the outskirts of Fredericia, Denmark , a sculpted hand and a pair of bare buttocks rise from a grassy slope. This unusual land art installation, titled Jordånden (“ The Earth Spirit” ), was created by Danish artist Knud Seerup and unveiled in 1996.
